The guarantee card is included with the Pinion user manual. Your dealer or (in the case of direct sales) bicycle manufacturer should include these documents with your bicycle at the time of purchase. From mid 2023, we will no longer deliver warranty cards. This saves resources and is good for the planet. The service intervals are filled in at the appropriate place in the user manual. Once the gearbox is registered online, the warranty is activated and is thus stored in our system on the basis of the serial number.
