Bicycle manufacturers must design their bikes with the prerequisites for the connection of Smart.Shift, including the frame construction, power supply, and the communication protocol. This involves a considerable amount of development effort. As such, for the time being, Pinion Smart.Shift is only available in selected E-bikes.
